Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy
Welcome to (the ‘Site’). We value the intellectual property rights of others just as we want our rights to be respected. According to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c), a copyright owner or their representative can notify us of any copyright infringements through our DMCA Agent. As an internet service provider, we are protected under the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA. To report any copyright infringement, the following information must be included:
Notice of Infringement – Claim
- A signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative;
- Identification of the copyrighted work alleged to be infringed;
- Identification of the infringing material and providing the URL to help locate it;
- Contact information for the complaining party;
- A statement that the use of the material is unauthorized;
- A declaration that the information provided is accurate and the complaining party is authorized by the copyright owner.
Title 17 USC §512(f) imposes penalties for misrepresentations in infringement claims under 17 USC §512(c)(3).

It should be noted that we may share the information in any copyright infringement claim with the alleged infringer. By submitting a claim, you acknowledge that your information may be shared.
Counter Notification – Restoration of Material
If you want material restored after receiving a takedown notice due to copyright infringement, you can submit a counter notification with certain elements required by 17 USC Section 512(g)(3).
- Your signature.
- Description of the material taken down and its original location.
- A statement that the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
- Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction for legal matters.

Repeat Infringer Policy
We have a strict policy on copyright infringement and keep a list of DMCA notices to identify repeat offenders. Those violating our policy may have their accounts terminated.
